When is the event?
The 8th annual Taste of the Arts is 2008.
Who are the event producers?
The Wheat Ridge Taste of the Arts Festival consists of Wheat Ridge 2020,
Wheat Ridge Business District, Wheat Ridge Arts Council, and the Colorado
Folk Arts Council.
It will incorporate community with the business and arts in a safe
environment.
Where is the location?
The locations are on West 38th Avenue between Wadsworth and Pierce
starting on Upham.
The location provides an ideal location, atmosphere, and availability of
participants for guests and vendors.
Will the street be closed?
The closure of the street provides support of the businesses and arts which
will create a stronger community within the city of Wheat Ridge.
What is the event scope?
The festival will be entertaining for the art collector to the car show
enthusiast. All ages and families from the community are encouraged to
participate in the open festival.
How many people are expected?
We are expecting 3,000 people to attend.
What is the event time?
Set up will start on Friday, September 14th. The street will be closed on
Saturday morning. Then tents barricades, sign and electricity will be hooked
up from 4:30 AM to 8:30 AM.
The start time for the public will be 9:00 AM and go until 10:00 PM.
